Children's book author Kouri Richins appeared in a Utah court for the first time. The mother-of-three is charged with spiking her husband's Moscow mule cocktail with five times the lethal dose of fentanyl. Richins was interviewed about the book she published a year after her husband's death. "Good Things Utah" co-hosts tell Inside Edition's Jim Moret after interviewing her, their station got an anonymous email alleging Richins is the one who killed her husband.
