You’re probably used to hearing about breathalyzer tests as they relate to alcohol, but researchers at London’s Imperial College are looking at them in a different light: as a way to detect cancer far earlier than symptoms allow. “If we wait too much and the patient has an early cancer then it will become a late cancer by the time the patient has very definitive symptoms,” Dr. George Hanna told the Associated Press.
