The flying debris sent two people to the hospital. Across the U.S. about 3,000 people a year are sent to the hospital with injuries caused by beach umbrellas. A lifeguard says you should use a shovel when setting up your beach umbrella to prevent it from blowing away. Inside Edition's Victoria Recano has more.
