The shooting that occurred in the gated home left pool cleaner, Karl Polek, with just minor injuries. The sheriff says Polek did not alert the homeowners that he was running late and arriving at night. No charges will be filed against Bradley Hocevar because the sheriff says the homeowner had the right to defend his home against a would-be intruder.
