Man Speaks Out After Neighbor Calls Him a ‘Cat Pervert’

Dramatic video captured a dispute between a California pet owner and his neighbor. The pet owner is upset over his cat, Mercury, wandering into his next-door neighbor's yard in San Diego. He accuses his neighbor of purposely holding the cat hostage, an allegation the neighbor denies. The angry cat owner suggested for his neighbor to "say Mercury go home, don't come in our yard anymore." He later called his neighbor a "cat pervert."
