3:01Now PlayingThere’s growing outrage over the Ohio police officer who released his dog on a Black man who was surrendering. The drama began as the Ohio State Highway Patrol tried to pull over the man’s truck for having a missing mud flap. They say he failed to stop, and a chase ensued. Spike strips finally brought the truck to a stop, and after the driver exited his vehicle a local police officer released a canine on the man. The dog attacked him, and he required treatment at a hospital.
