0:33Now PlayingThe Animal Rescue League of Iowa says 19 dogs and puppies were rescued from hoarding conditions. Rescuers say the dogs were all living in filthy conditions for a long time. Many of them had matted fur, fleas and urine stains on their coats. One dog was even missing an eye. The shelter says it’s going to need help to rehabilitate these dogs.
