Officials say a sheriff’s deputy will not be charged with a crime after tasing a suspect on a highway, who was then run over by a vehicle and killed. The Larimer County Sheriff in Colorado says the incident happened in February. Authorities say a car was stopped for having an expired registration and the driver was untruthful with the deputy, giving him a fake name. They say after a deputy found the suspect’s real name, he confronted him. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
