3:17Now PlayingA 17-year-old was charged in the murder of O’ Shae Sibley, a 28-year-old dancer. Sibley was stabbed at a Brooklyn gas station after he was approached while vogueing to Beyonce. Brooklyn District Attorney Eric Gonzalez said the suspect was indicted with second-degree murder as a hate crime. Because this is considered a hate crime, the suspect will face a minimum of 20 years in jail and a maximum of 25 years in jail to life if found guilty. Inside Edition Digital has more.
