They fill large trays with tap water, then add flowers or other decorations. Ice obviously doesn't last forever, so when the solid has returned to its liquid form, customers can keep the flowers and trinkets inside. The cost for this chilly gift? Ice Flowers can run anywhere from $45 to $75, depending on what’s been frozen in the ice.
