Surveillance video shows a United Airlines pilot, Kenneth Henderson Jones, 63, walking up to the toll booths with an ax in hand. He then uses it to chop the barrier that prevents cars from leaving without paying. He strikes the barrier for about a minute before it raises and goes flying off the handle.
