Cynthia Kinney was last seen in 1976 at an Oklahoma laundromat that her family owned. Her disappearance happened around the time the BTK serial killer, Dennis Rader, was unleashing his reign of terror in Kansas. Authorities spoke to Rader in prison and say he denies killing Kinney.
