Formula 1 canceled its first practice for the Las Vegas Grand Prix after a driver hit a manhole cover, which damaged the car and made some scary fireworks. Carlos Sainz of Spain was driving a Ferrari when it reportedly sucked up a drain cover. He pulled over to the side of the track and the practice was halted. Formula 1 says the concrete around the drain failed and it wanted crews to check all of the manhole covers on the track. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
