Pipa and her siblings were playing and fell into the sewer in their front yard. Firefighters quickly grabbed the other two pups. But Pipa gave them trouble, and they called for backup. San Antonio Water System staff slowly used televising camera equipment to nudge Pipa down the pipe for 200 feet until they could spot her and safely pull her out.
