The suspect, who authorities say is 33-year-old Jarrid Powell, allegedly walked up to three unhoused individuals and shot them while they were sleeping on the street, seemingly for no reason. A fourth person was killed in their home after, police say, the suspect followed him home from an electric vehicle charging station. Powell was booked on murder and robbery charges and is being held on $2 million bond.
