He was diagnosed with Pitt-Hopkins syndrome in 2007 and was one of the first people in the world to be diagnosed with the neurodevelopmental disorder. His 21-year-old sister Francesca has decided to take a different path than her peers when she graduates from Princeton this year. She will return home to be one of Victor’s caregivers with her family. She shared why with Inside Edition Digital’s Andrea Swindall.
