1:45Now PlayingRussian opposition leader Alexey Navalny was laid to rest on Friday. Crowds of supporters gathered around the Moscow church where the funeral service was held. They chanted his name – both a goodbye and rallying cry. Navalny had been a vocal opponent of Russian president Vladimir Putin. His views and activism landed him in a Siberian prison in 2021. And it was at that prison that Navalny died on February 16. An official cause of death has not been announced.
