Rescuers were able to spot him using the helicopter’s thermal imaging camera. he helicopter landed, then configured a long line rescue. The tactical flight officer was flown to the victim and placed him into a rescue device. They both were flown to the top of the cliff. Inside Edition Digital has the video.
