Ryan was left behind from their dream vacation awaiting a bail hearing for carrying four rounds of ammunition in his carry-on luggage. Turks and Caicos Islands are a British territory. The U.S. Embassy has warned tourists that gun laws there say being caught with guns or bullets comes with a minimum sentence of 12 years behind bars.
