People have grabbed their kids and their cameras to get a glimpse of a black bear that has been gallivanting around Castaic Lake. According to wildlife officials, this is a juvenile black bear, likely around 2 years old. Experts believe this is the bear’s first season away from its mother. Besides the onlookers, the bear has had no interactions with people. Though it has caused a stir, the bear has caused no damage.
