as posted by the channel

A man has been fined for belly flopping near a killer whale and its calf, according to New Zealand's Department of Conservation. Video of the incident circulated world wide earlier this year. The man now owes $600 for his actions. It's a very clear breach of the Marine Mammals Protection Act. Orca are classified as whales under conservation legislation and it is illegal to swim with whales, or disturb or harass any marine mammal, authorities said in a statement.
