Taking a nice hot shower can be the most invigorating part of your day, but it's also potentially dangerous. Emergency room physician Dr. Ahmed Rashed says younger people are just as much at risk of falling as senior citizens. Bath products can make shower floors slippery, and steam can contribute to dizziness. Dr. Rashed told Alison Hall, "It's not uncommon to see hip fractures or head injuries, which can be fatal." Bottom line: shower with caution to avoid injuries.
