as posted by the channel

Richland Cemetery in Pennsylvania has created a way for grievers to connect with loved ones who have passed: Telephones of the Wind. The installation on their grounds has a rotary phone for grievers to hypothetically call up those who have passed to converse with them. "Any kind of news, It's really just to connect. It's a spiritual thing," Ginger Pollock told Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall.
