They get on their knees and crawl backward, slipping onto the train tracks below. One man took a leap down to where the child was dangerously close to the rails. He lifts the child up and places him near the adult the child traveled with. Only 13 seconds after the two were off of the tracks, a Grand Central Rail train sped by.
