as posted by the channelVideo released by police in Sheffield Lake, Ohio, shows a person in a scary Halloween-looking mask walking up to a homeowner's front steps and leaving an envelope in between the front and screen doors. The unidentified person dressed in all black heads back to a white pickup truck and gets inside the passenger seat. Police say "a ransom letter and photograph of a little girl were dropped off… and that the residents stated they did not know the little girl or recognize the vehicle."
