YouTube Description
as posted by the channelEach year, volunteer firefighters from Maine's Belgrade Fire & Rescue gather to cook huge quantities of beans for the community's beanhole supper. The multi-day process involves burying large cast iron pots of beans under hot coals, and letting them slowly bake overnight. The result, local historian Rod Johnson tells Inside Edition Digital, is "probably the best baked beans you'll ever have." The hundreds of people who gather for the annual event seem to agree.
