"The handle just pulled out of my hand and just came back and wrapped around and literally snapped me in the eye," says the 24-year-old. She suffered a fracture underneath her eye and a retina detachment. Her eyelid also split open. The competitive dancer has lost all sight in her right eye and now wears a prosthetic eye
