Cops say Gilley called 911, saying his wife had committed suicide with a drug overdose. However, police say there was evidence of "bruising and trauma" to her face. Although Gilley was charged with strangling his pregnant wife, he still called on the judge to release him. When Gilley returned to court the judge set bail at a million dollars.
