Officers in Kent County, Michigan were called to a shopping center parking lot due to concerns over the welfare of dogs they saw inside a truck. Police spoke with the woman who owned the vehicle in body camera video obtained by Inside Edition Digital. The dogs were eventually removed and brought to animal control for care.
