YouTube Description
as posted by the channelErik and Lyle Menendez were scheduled to appear before a judge for the first time in 28 years in their new bid for freedom. The plan was to have the Menendez brothers appear via a video link from their prison in San Diego. However, technical issues prevented the courtroom from being able to see the brothers. However, the brothers were able to watch the hearing as two relatives asked a judge to free them. A judge heard new evidence that the brothers claim will help prove they were molested by their dad. That includes a letter that Erik allegedly sent to his cousin which he complains about being molested by his father.
