as posted by the channelLetitia James, New York's Attorney General, is launching an investigation into the death of an incarcerated man. Footage from body cameras worn by correction officers shows them punching and kicking Robert Brooks in a medical examination room on December 9. He was pronounced dead on December 10th. The 43-year-old Brooks had just been transferred to the Marcy Correctional Facility, located in Oneida County, in central New York state. He had been serving a 12 year sentence for assault.
