YouTube Description
as posted by the channelSecurity is extra tight in New Orleans as thousands of fans arrive for the Sugar Bowl. The big football game was delayed a day because of the New Year's attack on Bourbon Street in New Orleans. The street is usually blocked by security barriers known as bollards. However, they were not in place the night of the attack. Instead, a police car was stationed at the top of Bourbon Street. The suspect drove around the blockade and onto the sidewalk to begin his murderous spree.
