He was waiting for the train to pull into the station when a man shoved Lynskey into the tracks. He was under the train for four minutes. The 45-year-old victim suffered a fractured skull, four broken ribs, and a ruptured spleen. Police arrested Kamel Hawkins who has pleaded not guilty to second-degree attempted murder.
