The Harris County District Attorney says Andrew Taake, 36, is charged with online solicitation of a minor. The charge was pending before he was arrested by federal authorities in July 2021 for assaulting, resisting, or impeding certain officers using a dangerous weapon for his actions in D.C. that day.
