Federal authorities say Peter Tripp Akemann, 56, agreed to plead guilty to one count of unsafe operation of an unmanned aircraft. The Los Angeles Fire Department said this SuperScooper plane was flying over the Palisades fire when it collided with a civilian drone over Malibu on January 9.
