YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

A burst water pipe in Havana's El Cerro neighborhood led to broken asphalt and a large pot hole. Authorities fixed the pipes, but left the giant hole in the street. That was 3 years ago. In the giant hole, plants, grasses and plantain trees have started to grow, creating an unexpected urban garden. This pothole garden is another example of how the infrastructure of Cuba is deteriorating, with little money to fix it.
