YouTube Description
as posted by the channelA woman dubbed the "Evil Stepmom" arrived at court Wednesday. Prosecutors say Kimberly Sullivan's emaciated stepson was a prisoner in her Connecticut home for 20 years. Tracy Vallerand, his biological mother, came face-to-face with the stepmom in court.
