Tuerk and his 45-year-old wife got into an alcohol-fueled argument in their home and she hit him with a glass before the doctor allegedly strangled her to death. Authorities say he weighed her body down by stuffing rocks into her pockets and then dumped her body in a pond near their home outside Boston. He has pleaded not guilty.
