Returning to New York, Fraterrigo was told at the San Juan airport that Plucky was not allowed on the plane ride back. The African grey parrot is considered too large a bird to fly on Frontier Airlines. However, Frontier Airlines tells Inside Edition they have arranged for the pair to fly home Wednesday night.
