The next morning, he returned demanding he be given a cash tip he says he was promised. A scuffle ensued between the homeowner and the driver. The driver faces charges of provoking an assault and unlawfully carrying a weapon. Cops say he told them he "tried to pull his shirt up to show [the homeowner] he was armed after he was confronted." The driver denies any wrongdoing.
