Lexi Reed from Indiana battled a rare illness, and it almost cost her her life. After not feeling well, the fitness influencer was in a coma for five days. She woke up and began developing hard spots all over her body that became open wounds. The bumps turned black and necrotic. She was eventually diagnosed with a rare illness with a mortality rate of 80 percent. "My skin was dying," she told Inside Edition Digital's Andrea Swindall.
