The man convicted of kidnapping and killing Etan Patz will get a new trial. The shocking decision was made by a Federal Appeals court in New York this week. Pedro Hernandez was convicted in the 1979 disappearance of Patz, 6, and was sentenced in 2017 to 25 years in prison.
