Sean Wachter has always been on the lookout for a thrill. The former arena football player and semi-pro wrestler had to learn to walk again after breaking his neck in a construction accident, but that wound up being among the least of his problems. Doctors later discovered a golf ball size tumor at the base of his skull, and he was diagnosed with stage 4 cancer. Sean was told he would never walk again and had just months to live. That news didn't stop him from living his life and taking cancer to the mat. He learned to walk again -- for the third time -- then continued his wrestling career. A decade later, Sean is still standing.
