Police say she stole the license number of a legitimate registered nurse who went to the same college and shared the same first name. Authorities say her scam came to light when she was offered a promotion and an internal review exposed Bardisa. Sheriff Rick Staly says authorities have no indication that anyone was injured or died under Bardisa's care.
