Rebecca claims she was changing 7-month-old Emmanuel Haro's diapers in the parking lot outside a sporting goods store when he was kidnapped. She says the baby was in the back seat of her car and she was standing by the door when she heard the voice of a stranger and was struck from behind. She has stopped talking to detectives. "Rebeccas was confronted with inconsistencies in her initial statement and declined to continue the interview," police said.
