Devon Flanagan, a special assistant attorney general, was being put in a police car as she allegedly threatened a police officer. Her friend, Veronica Hannan was also arrested. Flanagan and Hannan were having a night out at Clarke Cooke House. Authorities say they were asked to leave. When they didn't, the police were called.
