as posted by the channelAuthorities say they got a report of a golf cart driving into Atwood Lake in Ohio. Investigators say Ruth Miller, 40, admitted to driving the cart to the lake and throwing her 4-year-old child off the dock, into the water. They say Miller then drove the cart back to her family's camper to pick up her other children, a teenage daughter and 18-year-old twin sons. She then allegedly drove the golf cart into the lake with the children on it. Inside Edition Digital’s Mara Montalbano has more.
