With world leaders gathering in New York City for the 80th anniversary of the U.N. General Assembly, the Secret Service says they thwarted a plot that could have disrupted cell phone service across the nation's largest city. An operation uncovered a secret "zombie" cell phone network of "100,000 cell phone SIM cards" and "300 servers." The Secret Service says the network could have blocked every phone in New York.
