YouTube Description

as posted by the channel

A rare Superman comic found in an attic just became the most expensive comic book in the world, fetching $9.12 million at auction. The comic book in question was "Superman No. 1," published by Detective Comics Inc. in 1939. There are estimated to be fewer than 500 copies in existence. It had been tucked away for decades, in a cardboard box, under a bunch of old newspapers. That may have preserved it – its condition was graded at a 9, on a one to ten scale.
