A man in Illinois had to be pulled from the water after falling in the Des Plaines River in the early hours of the morning. An officer with the Joliet Police Department heard the man's cries around 4 a.m. The officer called in some help, and a group from the Joliet P.D. deployed ropes and water rescue equipment. Their efforts were captured on officer bodycam. The officers tried to pull the man up the bank, but he was too weak.
